By accessing and using Sarf (sarf.cash) platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using this platform.

2. User Accounts

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3. Seller Terms

Sellers retain ownership of their digital products. By listing on our platform, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display, distribute, and promote your products. We take a 10% commission on each sale. Payouts are processed within 1-3 business days.

4. Buyer Terms

All purchases are final unless the product is materially different from its description. Digital products are delivered instantly via download link and email. You may not redistribute, resell, or share purchased products unless the license explicitly permits it.

5. Prohibited Content

You may not list products that infringe on intellectual property rights, contain malware, promote illegal activities, or violate any applicable law. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms without notice.

6. Intellectual Property

Sarf (sarf.cash) name, logo, and design system are our trademarks. The platform code, design, and content are protected by copyright. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of our platform without written permission.

7. Payment Processing

Payments are processed through secure third-party providers. We do not store credit card information on our servers. All transactions are encrypted with 256-bit SSL. Platform fees are deducted automatically before payout.

8. Limitation of Liability

Sarf (sarf.cash) is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid to us in the preceding 12 months.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. Any pending payouts will be processed within 30 days of termination.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email and platform notification. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
